How to Sell Unwanted Luxury Brand Goods in English in Japan

If you live in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, or Saitama prefectures, Hugall's Door-to-Door Purchase Service is available.
You can ask them to come to your home to pick up items. This is a great option if you would like to sell large items such as furniture, home appliances (purchased within 5 years).
Conditions of purchase
Please note that some items cannot be purchased, such as items worth less than 5,000 yen at the time of purchase, items that are difficult to re-sell on the second-hand market etc. In case they cannot purchase your items, Hugall can introduce you to a disposal company however, there is a charge for waste disposal.

How to Use the Door-to-Door Service in English
1. Contact hugall (Bookoff) by e-mail.
2. Schedule a pick-up day and time at your home.
3. They will come and pick up your items.
4. Their staff will assess the price and inform you of the amount in a week.
5. If you accept the price, the money will be transferred to your bank account within 3 business days.
